From the North, East, or West

Get onto the Mancunian Way. Leave the Mancunian Way onto Princess Road (signposts for  M6 and Birmingham). Almost straight away take a slip road to the left which will bring you up to, and to the left, to the Hulme Arch Bridge. Turn right and go across the bridge.  You are on Stretford Road. The Ascension is on the corner of Royce Road and Stretford Road at the first set of traffic lights from the Hulme Arch. It is a modern Church Building. There is a small car park behind the Ascension off Royce Road. Entry is from Stretford Road.

From the South

Get onto Princess Road. There will be an ASDA store on your left as you approach the city centre. (A brewery is on the right). At the next traffic lights, past the ASDA and by the corner of the store’s car park, turn left. Go straight past the entrance to ASDA'a car park and at the next set of traffic lights turn right.  The Ascension is on the corner of the next set of traffic lights: the corner of Royce Road and Stretford Road. It is a modern Church Building. There is a small car park behind the Ascension off Royce Road. Entry is from Stretford Road.
